The Stages of Levelling Up

This is from a Christian perspective. This is how I understand it, being logged on at Level Zero. This is one way. It is not, by any means, the only way.

The Born Again Experience

When this experience is evoked during Christian ceremonies one is told that the experience proves everything about the Christian religion, especially the particular flavour of Christianity at hand, is right and true and unquestionable.

This is, of course, utter 🐂💩.

Not the experience itself. The flood of chemicals does indeed bring one closer to God. It's a wake up call. A validation that maybe not being a selfish mudball dickhead might be a good thing. Congratulations. You have received divine correction in perspective. Now use it.

The greatest negation of the teachings of Christ is to turn this starting point into the finish line. Just believe in all the teachings (from the pulpit), throw in a "sorry Jesus" or two when required and no further effort required since the particular flavour of Christianity in which you believe is the one and only right and true way.

All problems within Christianity today stem from this point. And all subsequent levels are out of reach.

Library Membership

This is gnosis. Enlightenment. Access to a cache of knowledge and understanding of the nature of reality. Access to The Library is restricted. Only those who have successfully implemented the teachings of Christ (or equivalent) to a very high standard are allowed access.

You basically must have your animal self under full control. You must be the master of you. And you must align your perspective and understanding with the nature of reality, whether or not you believe it.

The Golden Rule +, well, anything that respects and encourages implementation of the Golden Rule serves this purpose.

Gnosis is the initiation of boot up.

The Christianity Equation

Back in mid 1999 I experienced Gnosis. Enlightenment. At the end of a bong. I wasn’t looking for it. I wasn’t interested. I’d spent much of my youth extricating myself from Christianity and had no impetus to take on another belief system (which this isn’t, but still I wasn’t interested). I immediately understood that I was God. Just like everyone and everything else. 'God' is a property of existence. I understood that I was a Christ and after a fraction of a second rejected any notion of being Jesus or anything like what I’d learned in Sunday School. This isn’t Highlander.
